The video was commissioned for the exhibition Encounters/Incontri, a collective exhibition at SPE - Spazio Performatico Espositivo, Vorno (IT). A part of the video is a parformative action shot inside the SPE’s empty space, and the other part on a beach near Rio de Janeiro, during the sunset. The performative action mirrors the act of installing art works inside a given space, where performers are studying the architecture’s limits and characteristics. The shootings on the beach are the consequence of a long observation aimed at catching spontaneous actions. The two situations are intersected in order to make one to recall the state of the other, letting a landscape resonate inside the other’s scenario.
